ENERGY WORK

Working with energy is often a little bit outside of the box for a lot of people! But it can be profound, and my clients have experienced big shifts in their minds and bodies after working like this. 

Energy work can lower your stress response, bring calmness and clarity, connect you to your own wisdom, as well as balance and align your energy. It can assist with pain management and help make you feel more spiritually connected. It's powerful work and it can be deeply healing. 

There are many traditions of energy work, and all of them are beautiful. I am a trained Reiki practitioner, however my blend of energy work incorporates knowledge from my other learnings, creating an illuminating personal healing experience for each client. 

Energy work can be practised hands-on or hands-off, depending on your preference. It can be given in-person or sent as distance healing. Distance healing means you can receive energy anywhere, as and when you need it.
