
YOGA
I teach Hatha, Aqua, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra on a 121 or 122 basis. Sessions can include asana (Yoga poses), breathwork, and relaxation. Each style of Yoga has its own flavour as laid out below. For further enquiries, please contact me.
Hatha: Yoga that combines body, breath and mind to improve strength and flexibility. Can be practised on a mat or from a chair.
Aqua: Yoga, but in the water. A great option for people who find it harder to mobilise as you have the support of the water.
Yin: as much of a mental practice as a physical one. Holding positions for minutes not breaths, and working on the body’s connective tissue, rather than it’s muscles.
Restorative: supportive, comfortable physical postures held for a longer time, designed to restore and support you.
Yoga Nidra: an amazing blend of deep meditation, and deep rest.
